My passion for doula work began in 2014, during my own journey into motherhood when I first learned of doulas, and their ability to help support emotionally and physically during preparations, birthing, and the 4th trimester.
When my sister and a close friend each announced they were pregnant in 2016, I was delighted to delve deeper into this peaceful world of extra- supported and empowered births. Having trained with Birth Arts International in 2016 allows me to provide you and your loved ones amazing Birth and Post Partum support.
In 2017, I felt a strong pull to delve into the power of Reiki. Receiving my Reiki I and Reiki II attunements expanded my passions and created an entirely new pathway for me to provide comfort and strength to others. I first heard of Reiki in childhood and am so excited to finally be walking the journey of sharing in this divine energy. Reiki is such a beautiful, powerful tool of spiritual, mental, and physical healing and I truly believe in its ability to provide comfort and additional peace of mind to all beings. It has been my pleasure to provide Reiki to my family, friends, clients, and animals ever since.
