Everyone should have a voice while their body grows, their child grows, and their world changes. This is a wonderful time, full of delight! Yet, it is also normal to have feelings of unease. It is my goal to help you find your voice and personal level of comfort during this journey. I can provide you with information and resources to learn what to expect during pregnancy, child birth, and beyond. By working together, we can create the perfect level of emotional & physical support for your personal lifestyle and goals.
The support of a doula is extremely beneficial whether you are birthing at home, a birth center, or a hospital; with a midwife or a doctor; with the presence of your family and friends, or on your own. I would love to be your doula; your extra hands, your advocate, your friend.
Base Birth Package
- Two (2) Prenatal sessions
- One (1) 30 minute Reiki session (if interested)
- Personal On – Call Period based on your Estimated Guess Date
- Hands-on support wherever you choose to birth
- One (1) Postpartum follow up, typically on day 5
Additional Prenatal and Postpartum sessions are available upon request.
