Everyone should be uplifted through the transformation of pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery. Using a Doula is a wonderful tool for you to be able to take charge of your own Birth and everything that follows!
It is my goal to help you feel informed, heard, and supported.
Additional Support Services
- Belly Casting – A wonderful bonding experience for you and your growing baby! This keepsake will commemorate everything you have experienced during your pregnancy while providing a beautiful plaster cast to be decorated, hung, used in a newborn photo shoot…the possibilities are endless!
- Birth Photography – With your permission, I am able to take pictures of your birthing journey on your own device. I also work closely with a couple of local professional photographers and would be happy to recommend them.
- Blessings – One of the most special ways to recognize the journey of creating new life, is to come together with those you trust and who care for you. I would love to provide a day of blessing fitting of your lifestyle and customs. A few examples could be wishes given by each member of your circle, a soothing foot bath, lighting candles together, a tea party outside on a calm day; whatever builds your spirit and honors your journey!
- Mother Blessings – I would love to work with you, or a close friend, to build the perfect day of relaxation, celebration, and honoring for this beautiful experience of transformation.
- Baby Blessings – Creating a child is such a miracle! This new being has a lifetime of experiences ahead, and what better beginning could be bestowed than an one of love and blessing?
